• The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The original box, accessories, and tags must be included.

• Proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Watches showing signs of use or damage.

• Watches purchased during sales or special promotions (unless defective).

4. Return Process

• Please contact us before returning any item.

• After approval, the item must be shipped back to our address.

• Refunds will be processed within (number of days) after inspection.

5. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to personal preference.

• If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
